Project Management As a design/build firm AK not only designs your project - but we build it too! We value your business and do not hand-off our clients at some random point in the process. An AK professional will be with you during each and every step. The responsibility for our client's complete satisfaction starts and stops with us alone. We value the fact that clear and thoughtful communication is key to the comfort level of our clients, along with attention to detail. An Advanced Kitchens’ project manager will meet with you on a weekly basis to keep you up to date as the renovation progresses. Within the scope of services, your project manager will prepare a production timeline indicating deadlines for all facets of the project, coordinate schedules, and manage sub-contractors, vendors and inspectors to ensure quality control during each phase. Our project management team is sensitive to your home environment and takes care that there are minimum disruptions. The project manager also maintains a communication log on the jobsite so you know what happens in your home, and what trade professionals were working each and every day, even when you're not there!
